Jane & Hugh Gordon have over five years' experience in managing motels in the Napier area, together with a long history of being dedicated service providers in a variety of other industries and professions.

Their enthusiasm and dedication to you as a guest make them wonderful hosts, always ready to provide you with assistance and excellent service in a relaxed, happy environment. After many years of living and working in the Napier area, the Gordons have extensive local knowledge which they are always delighted to share with their guests.

To provide all our guests in Napier with great, cheerful service and comfortable accommodation (and many a good laugh). Hugh & Jane are wonderfully supported by their core staff Alex Office / Marketing Manager, Margaret House Keeping Manager, Avril and Gretchen house keeping staff. Most of whom have been with them for many years.
