Terms & Conditions

Please have your credit card ready when you are making a reservation. The credit card details are taken in good faith to secure the booking and we do not process that card unless authorized by you. How you pay on departure remains your choice. We do not store details of your card on any computer and do not disclose details of your card to anyone.

Check In Time
Normal check in time is after 12 noon and standard check-out time is 10am. In most instances we are able to offer a later check-out time if requested.

Cancellation
We require 72 hours cancellation notice prior to the date of reservation. Failure to cancel will result in either the deposit becoming non refundable, or one nights accommodation being charge to the credit card number previously offered as security. We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak times.

A request to reduce the length of stay in an existing reservation may result in a full charge of the booked term.

Group Bookings/Conferences are required to give 30 days minimum notice to avoid forteiture of deposit.

No Smoking/Odouress Cooking
For the comfort of all of our guests, our units are designated non-smoking. Similarly cooking in the units with strong cooking spices and odors have to be avoided for future guests comfort. Any lapse in these requirements and you may be charged an appropriate cleaning account and loss of income charges.

Your Obligations
We will try our best to make sure your stay with us is comfortable. However your co-operation is really appreciated. No parties are allowed in the motel. It is very important to be considerate for others while you are staying with us. Please keep quiet as other guests may want to have a good rest, especially after 10pm.

No Damage
You are fully and solely responsible for any property or other damage caused by either you or any of your invitee’s actions or neglect. The cost of repair of that damage and all related costs will be charged to your account.
